The read through has been done and the rehearsals have started.
Today began a series of long hours and a lot of work. ‘One For The Road’ is a romantic comedy about six college friends who are nearing the end of there first year.
And as everyone tells you…College… it’s the life, the freedom to do what you want, when you want.
But what if college didn’t live up to all the hype you thought it would be, what if in college you made the wrong decisions, what if, in college you weren’t happy?
In one night these characters are going to make some decisions about what they really want.
If we wanted to break down the college lifestyle in to a simple pie chart it would probably go something like this:
Facebook-30%
Drinking-40%
College-10%
Study-15%
Sex-5%

I think that would be a pretty fair estimate wouldn’t you? Well for some of these characters that’s definitely a fair estimate..probably more than fair.

It’s easy to got lost in the lifestyle…drinking, one night stands and late essays and what makes it even better is no one really cares. You have gained your own independence and nobody can now stop you from doing whatever you like.
But you can’t stay doing that forever eventually reality kicks in one morning when you finally realize that you have to get those essays in and sit your exams…..That’s if you really want to come back next year?
